Answer: - It’s really easy to download the recordings, just select which recordings you wish to listen to and follow the links. You can download the recordings directly to you MP3 player or your PC.

Answer: - Yes, however, we only sell them in CD format if you purchase a complete series; individual recordings cannot be purchased in CD format.

Answer: - Tony and Nicki do not make recordings to order, however, we encourage you to utilise our ‘Ask Tony and Nicki Your Relationship Question’ button on the website. The questions are pigeon holed and form the basis of how we choose what recordings to make in the future. If a solution is developed that we think clearly fits your personal challenge we will inform you by e-mail and you can purchase the recording if you wish to.

Answer: - Yes, Tony and Nicki appear as Speakers at many events usually presenting for up to three hours. They will present their philosophies and strategies on intimate relationships. They can also appear as keynote speakers sharing their stories and strategies on Love, Sex and Intimacy.

16. Question: - Where Is The Austrian Relationship Retreat ‘The Happy House’?
Answer: - It’s In Laimbach, a village in the Melk region of Northern Austria, west of Vienna, the Austrian capital. By car, Laimbach lies about 1hr 15 mins drive from Linz and the nearest airport, 1 hour 30 from Vienna and 2 hours 30 minutes from Salzburg. The Happy House is on the road number B36, 25 kilometres north of the main east/west motorway the A1. When you leave the motorway at Ybbs head north on the B25, cross the famous River Danube and drive north on the B36 into the 'Waldviertel' for a further 16 kilometers, passing through Yspertal. 17. Question: - How Do I Get To ‘The Happy House’?
Answer: - Most Europeans fly in to Linz airport (Blue Danube Airport/Flughafen Linz) west of Laimbach on the A1 road. There is a daily flight from London Stansted by Ryanair which arrives normally at around 4pm. Guests are picked up and transferred to the house from this airport.

18. Question: - Can I Fly To And From Any Other Airports?
Answer: - You can fly either to Vienna (Airport Schwechat/Flughafen Wien) or Salzburg (Salzburger Flughafen). Most flights from the USA fly into Vienna. Event participants normally get a train to Ybbs Station (Ybbs Bahnhof) where we meet them. Train timetables can be found here.

19. Question: - Can I Drive To The Relationship Retreat?
Answer: - Yes you can. Car Hire is available at all the above airports and a map is generally supplied. If you have satellite navigation, the retreat address is: No.7, Laimbach am Ostrong, 3663, Austria. If you are driving from the UK make your way to the Kent coast and either book a ferry or take the Channel Tunnel to Calais in France. The drive is easy, it’s motorway all the way until the last 25 kilometres. The RAC do a European route map on the website if you don’t have sat nav. The drive is around 10-12 hours from Calais, depending on speed and stops. Click here for an online roadmap.

20. Question: - What Type Of Food Is Served At The Relationship Retreat?
Answer: - We serve a mostly vegetarian menu with occasional fish. We cook without dairy and salt although there may be derivatives of these in some pre-made products. We generally do not serve alcohol or caffeine drinks and mostly encourage healthier options.

Answer: - Generally not, however we do occasionally do special offers in which either or both are included.

22. Question: - Can I Stay Extra Days At The Retreat?
Answer: - Generally no. However, occasionally due to flights times and other exceptional circumstances extra stay can be arranged at a small additional cost.

23. Question: - What Is The Cancellation Policy?
Answer: - In most cases an event can be transferred to another date at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds on our events. Please read the terms and conditions for full details.

24. Question: - What Is The Weather Like In Austria?
Answer: - The weather is very seasonal. Hot, wet summers often with temperatures over 30 Celsius. Cold, snowy winters with temperatures often well below freezing. Each season though is beautiful – whatever the weather!

25. Question: - What Clothing Do I Bring To Austria?
Answer: - Casual comfortable clothing is all that is required plus something suitable for our light workout. We also sometimes run an optional more ‘full-on’ workout. Some of our participants like to dress for dinner although this again is optional. We do go out walking so some good walking shoes or boots are a great idea. If you are coming in winter bring warm waterproof clothing for outings plus hats and gloves. A swimming costume is required for use in the spa.

26. Question: - What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
Answer: - Nothing really, your trip is all inclusive! Maybe make sure you have some Euros if you wish to make some small purchases at the airport or in the local shop. There is a cash machine in a village about 5 kilometres away. Over the counter medicines are only available in a pharmacy in Austria, not in supermarkets. The nearest pharmacy is also 5 kilometres away. We do not keep any medication on the premises.

27. Question: - I Don’t Feel Comfortable Talking About My Personal Circumstances!
Answer: - Whilst we encourage you to share there is no pressure put on you to do so whilst in session. We also ask everyone to keep confidentiality at an event to protect people’s privacy. Tony and Nicki do private and confidential coaching sessions for a small extra fee during most of their events when private matters and your personal circumstances can be discussed.

28. Question: - Can I Get Ongoing Confidential Coaching After An Event?
Answer: - Absolutely! In fact we encourage you to take ongoing coaching, as keeping momentum is generally people’s greatest challenge when they go home. Tony and Nicki have a team of world class coaches ready and waiting to make sure you don’t slip back into those old patterns and to help you continue to make new and life changing distinctions. All of our coaching is conducted with confidentiality as one of our highest values.
