As soon as you step inside Tony and Nicki’s home you will feel the warmth and energy that will make this a completely unique experience. An innovative seminar and learning environment combined with seventeen individually styled bedrooms, in a variety of formats, all with their own en-suite facilities. The main indoor seminar room is a large comfortable lounge area with luxurious leather settees, throws and Chinese rugs. The dining area allows for everyone to share wonderfully healthy meals around the same table. The retreat also benefits from a recently completed full modern indoor spa facility with steam room, sauna, hot stone beds and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Inclusive in the cost of the event are gentle and fun morning workouts, and excursions. Additional paid for services can include massage, one on one confidential private coaching for individuals and couples, photographic and video facilities and commissioned original art. If there is anything else that you would like during your stay all you have to do is ask. Our objective is for you to return home feeling totally pampered, rejuvenated, invigorated and most importantly, inspired.

Food & Drink

During your full board stay you will be served fresh, mainly vegetarian food, Innerlight Supergreen’s, natural high energy snacks and drinks. Everyone eats together and each evening shares in and contributes to the most magical of experiences during dinner around the Retreat’s large, twenty person dining table. The dining areas are traditional Austrian - where you can chat in the cosy atmosphere and savour the wonderful company.
