Delegates with disabilities or special needs should inform us of any requirements not less than 48 hours prior to commencement of their chosen event.

Travel expenses are not included in the event price.

When an event booking is made and either (i) the specific event/dates have not been confirmed, or (ii) have been booked and then postponed; the event dates should be confirmed within 3 months of the original booking date and the confirmed event should take place within 6 months of the original booking date. If these conditions are not met, tonyandnickivee.com reserve the right to pass on the difference between the amount paid and the then current list price.

Cancellations & Alterations

Should you be unable to attend your chosen event, please advise us immediately in writing not less than 7 days prior to the commencement time of your chosen event.

Failure to advise us in writing not less than 7 days prior to the commencement of your chosen event will result in the booking being deemed a cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Delegates who comply with the cancellation provisions will be entitled to transfer onto an identical subsequent event of their choice commencing within 6 months of the commencement date of their originally booked event.

All cancellations or requests to transfer to another event will incur an administration fee of 25% of the total cost of the chosen event. All administration charges are payable within 28 days of notification of transfer. If the administration charge is not paid within 28 days of notification of transfer, the booking will be deemed a cancellation.

Should an event be cancelled or withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be entitled to transfer to an identical event commencing within 12 months of the date of commencement of the cancelled event. Specific event content may be subject to cancellation or alteration.

We reserve the right to move an event to another venue within a 60-mile radius of the originally named venue on giving not less than 48 hours notice.

Event Participation

Under 18’s will not be admitted to any event unless accompanied at all times by an adult. All participants engaging in any physical event, do so at their own risk. Participants should be in good health and should refrain from participating if they suffer from any condition that may be affected or aggravated by participation in the chosen activity.

Persons who have visited a Psychiatrist within 12 months preceding the start of their event will only be admitted with a letter of consent from their G.P.

Travel

Unless otherwise stated, travel (including flights and transfers), accommodation and food are NOT included in the event price.
Where travel is included in an event package price, it will only be for the specified methods/routes and times. If you wish to make alternative arrangements, you must (a) inform us, (b) make your own arrangements at your own expense. Participants Shall indemnify tonyandnickivee.com for all loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses incurred / suffered by tonyandnickivee.com arising as a result of negligence and or deliberate damage caused by the participant to any event venue or its facilities.
